Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before submitting an order via the website. By making an order you are bound by these terms and conditions.

Mobile Phones

All mobile phones promoted on the website are second-hand (unless stated otherwise). The following grades are used to describe physical condition of phones.

GRADE A handsets are in very good physical condition, have been thoroughly tested and cleaned and show no signs of significant cosmetic damage. 

GRADE B - will show signs of average wear & tear. They are not heavily scratched or marked and will not be damaged or broken. They are thoroughly tested and cleaned and have the same 6 month warranty as the Grade A handsets.

All phones will be dispatched in a box with the appropriate phone charger and battery.

Accessories

All headphones are ‘brand new’ and in blister packs. They have never been used.

All data cables and phone chargers are ‘Grade A’ used. They may be minor scratches but are in full working order.

All memory cards are ‘Grade A’ used. They have been completely cleared from any data.

Orders

All phone orders are dispatched in a box with the appropriate phone charger and battery. All accessories are dispatched separately in a secure bag. We have the right to refuse at our discretion to supply any goods ordered by you via the My Dream Mobile website.

Confirmation


After receiving your order via the My Dream Mobile website you will be sent a confirmation email to the email address you have supplied us with. This email will contain the order reference, cost breakdown and estimate delivery date.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours if we have stock, but goods are subject to availability.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not ship to outside the UK or Channel Islands.

If your item is not in stock, you will be informed either via email or phone. We will inform you as soon as we have stock or have the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Shipping and Handling

My Dream Mobile dispatch all phone orders by Royal Mail Special Delivery & shipping is FREE. This should take 1-3 days from dispatch to delivery. On the rare but inevitable occasion that we cannot deliver within this time frame, we will notify you by e-mail, and give you the option of canceling the order if you prefer not to wait. All accessories are dispatched separately via First Class post.

Payment

Full payment is required at the time of making the order using one of our accepted payment methods.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Solo & Visa Delta via WorldPay and Paypal to a UK address only. The order will appear on the credit or debit card statement as MY DREAM MOBILE UK.

Warranty

All our products are guaranteed against manufacturer defects for 6 months. All handsets will have tamper proof stickers which if removed will make the warranty null and void. The 6 month warranty does not cover damage due to mis-use (for example: water damage).

Cancellations

All orders made via the website come with a 7 DAY RETURN GUARANTEE. Simply return the item unused and undamaged in its original packaging for a full refund. When returning goods over £20 in value, we advise you to insure against loss or damage in transit; we will not credit for goods that are subsequently lost or damaged. Please contact the Post Office to gets costs of this service.

Mistakes, complaints, and disputes

As a consumer, you have the benefit of our 7 day Returns Guarantee. If you have made a mistake in your order, you are covered. If we have made a mistake in your order, please contact us, and we will do our utmost to ensure the problem is resolved to your satisfaction. Faulty Goods

If the goods are damaged or faulty, you must inform us immediately we will provide you with your choice of refund or replacement as soon as possible, and no later than 30 days from the date of purchase. We will collect the goods using a courier service. If however, the goods returned are found to be in full working order an administration fee of £5 will be charged to you to cover delivery charges.

Mistakes in bills, receipts or payments

Whilst we endeavour to ensure accuracy in all that we do, occasionally mistakes do happen. We will correct any mistakes in bills, receipts or payments as soon as possible, and no later than 30 days of agreeing to do so.
